PREPARATION:
First Download the "Archi-lab_Grimshaw" package.
WORKFLOW: 1.Create a Temporary Level
2.Set Overlay Parameter to "Temporary Level"
3. Now you delete "Temporary Level" which just you created. As soon as you deleted "Temporary Level" Overlay Parameter will automatically changed to "None".

Using dynamo now we can fabricate any kind of fancy shapes. The following video is one of the example for Unfold Curtain System which is System Family and then schedule on them.
2. Then open your ".pat" file using NOTEPAD and then add ";%UNITS=MM " and ";%TYPE=MODEL" to your ".pat" file as shown in the picture.

USING DYNAMO
The above method is good for when you have one or two .pat file. For instance if I have more than ±50 .pat file and I want to convert them all. I let you estimate the time, That how much time you’ve spent to finished the particular task. The following screenshot shown that I have 49 .pat file. Which I can convert all of them in less than 1 second using Dynamo.

2. Launch Dynamo and click on new file (i am using Dynamo version of 0.9.0.3067) [Note: You don’t have to open Revit in order to open Dynamo. Just create a shortcut file using “C:\Program Files\Dynamo 0.9\DynamoSandbox.exe”]
